Position Overview:
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning and water mitigation crew. This full-time role supports post-construction cleanup, water damage response, and site preparation for ongoing building and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning of job sites, including debris removal, dusting, and surface sanitization
• Assist with water extraction, drying equipment setup, and moisture monitoring
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and mitigation tools
• Maintain organized workspaces and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or water mitigation preferred
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work in active construction environments
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
