NOTICE OF CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION
FOR DEPUTY SHERIFFS

The Webster County Sheriff's Office is currently seeking ILEA Certified Peace Officers; however, all interested individuals are encouraged to apply.

The Webster County Civil Service Commission will administer a National Police Selection Test and physical agility test on
Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

The exam consists of two parts:

Part one will be a physical agility test at the Fort Dodge REC Center (1422 1st Ave. So.) commencing at
9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Part two will be a written exam at 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in the basement conference room of the Webster County Law Enforcement Center

All applications must be submitted online by 4:30 p.m. on
Monday, November 10, 2025.

Certified law enforcement officers are strongly encouraged to apply and are not required to complete physical agility test or written exam. All others will be required to complete the physical agility test and written exam.

The Commission will accept any passing tests that were taken in the one year prior to December 2, 2025.
