Working hours are 8:30 to 5:30 pm daily, full-time onsite only.

The Accounting Manager  will be responsible for all accounting tasks for multiple companies.  A successful candidate in this role will be comfortable with collaborating as a team member in a multi-departmental/multi-company environment.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain general ledger integrity and prepare financial statements for leadership review
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal/state regulations
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals as needed
• Implement and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation standards
• Support leadership with financial analysis and strategic planning
• Other related duties as assigned to support the accounting department
• Ensure management is fully informed of all accounting tasks and deadlines
• Strict adherence to company and external deadlines with a high level of attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• High level of proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate accounting or CAM charges is a plus.
•  BS or MBA in Accounting or related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
