LOCATION: Waco , TX - 2 openings

CLIENT: Baylor Scott & White SETTING: Inpatient Rehab/Acute Care START DATE: asap, 11/24 requested Scheduled for 40hrs per week - getting clarity on GTE through new VMS.
Orientation. The first sixteen (16) hours of a Nursing/Allied Health Supplier Employees assignment orientation shall not be charged to the Client. ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Min Exp: 1 year minimum experience in Outpatient Orthopedics
STAFF: Other PTs on staff EMR: EPIC CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: On average 8 patients a day, 60 minute treats and evals. 1:1 SCHEDULE: 5x8s, 0800-1630 (closed on holidays). ADDITIONAL INFO: Need TX or Compact license.

Before start date (7 days):
For long term Traveler Supplier Employees (which means a Supplier Employee recruited outside a fifty-mile radius of any Client facility for assignments longer than thirteen (13) weeks) with a specified start date, Supplier will give Client seven (7) days prior notice if Supplier Employees are not able to start on the agreed upon start date (due to lack of documentation or for any other reasons). If Client does not receive a seven (7) days prior notification, Supplier will credit Client for three (3) shifts of fees based on that Supplier Employees Regular Bill Rate. If the Supplier can fill the position with the same start date, then no penalty will be charged. Client may cancel an Assignment prior to Supplier Employees start date with seven (7) days notice to Supplier

After start date (30 days) :
After a Supplier Employee has begun working on an Assignment, either Client or the Supplier may cancel a long-term Assignment without any penalty if a thirty (30) day advance notice is provided to the other party . If less than a thirty (30) days advance notice is given by the cancelling party, then the cancelling party will reimburse the other party for one (1) week for Supplier Employee at the appropriate rate .
