What We’re Looking For:
- Active Ohio Bar license (Pennsylvania Bar admission is a major plus!)
- O-5 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
- Previous work in energy and mineral resources law
- Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
- Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
- Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
- Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
- Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
