VP of Clinical Operations - MLTC (Hybrid)

Wonderful and well known MLTC program with locations around NY, is currently seeking an experience VP of Clinical Operations to join their dynamic and dedicated team.

Reporting to the SVP of Clinical Operations, the Vice President of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the care management of a designated segment of our plan membership. This includes:
  • Ensuring that care planning is accurate, appropriate, and meets all regulatory and member needs.
  • Monitoring clinical operations and staff performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Taking corrective action when necessary and supporting remediation efforts.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of clinical professionals in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance member care.
Qualifications:
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
  • Bachelors degree (Required); Masters degree (Preferred)
Experience:
  • 10+ years in an acute care setting
  • 3+ years in a director-level or higher leadership role
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of Department of Health and MLTC standards, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations for home care
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capacity to respond effectively to sensitive issues and inquiries
  • Skilled in delivering presentations to senior leadership and external groups
Compensation:
Salary: $200,000 - $230,000+ DOE
