When we receive an application to your job, we assign a score based on a comparison of the job titles and skills listed in the applicant’s resume to those listed in your job posting. We call this the Applicant iScore.
If you are receiving resumes via email, you will be able to see the Applicant iScore but will need to log into your account to view the details.
To view scores for all applicants:
If a ? is displayed instead of a score, it will take a few seconds to load when you click on it. We appreciate your patience as we work to increase loading speed.
If an N/A is displayed instead of a score, your job description does not include at least three skills. We encourage you to add more detail to your ad. This will help with scoring and, more importantly, will help to attract the right candidates.
Scores are automatically recalculated after a job has been edited.
