Please check your spam or junk folders in your email. If the responses are not there, please report it to our Customer Success team at 877-316-4111, Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST. If you entered a URL for the candidates to reply to, check that website for responses.
To view the responses online, log into your iHire account and click on “Manage Jobs” on the navigation bar, then click on "Manage" under "Actions" then click on the "Candidate's Name" to view and print their resume.
