However, we know that many users have one thing on their mind when it comes to iHire: finding a job. For these individuals, their relationship with iHire may be temporary, and once they’ve secured a new job, they need to cancel their iHire account. We understand this and have made the iHire cancellation process as straightforward as possible.
The easiest way to cancel your Premium membership with iHire is to visit our cancellation page, fill out the brief form, and hit Request Cancellation. However, we also offer a few other options for the convenience of our users.
From your account home page, you can cancel your Premium iHire membership through your account settings. To access your settings, log in and click on your name in the top right corner of the page. This will open a drop-down menu that includes your name and email address, your membership status (which should read “Premium Member”), Account Settings, Notification Preferences, and a sign out button. From this drop-down menu, you can cancel your Premium iHire account in three easy steps:
That’s it! As soon as you click on “Cancel all Future Billings,” you will notice a short message in the upper right corner of the page confirming your cancellation. You will also receive a cancellation confirmation email and continue to have access to all Premium tools and benefits through the end of your current billing period.
The third way you can cancel your Premium iHire account is by reaching out to us through the Contact page to send a feedback message requesting to cancel your account. To do this, you must first click on the More tab in the upper right corner, directly below your name. That will display a drop-down menu that includes “Contact Us” near the bottom, right above the link for the iHire Help Center.
The fourth—and last—option you can utilize to quickly and easily cancel your Premium iHire account is simply calling and talking to one of our friendly Customer Success team members. They’re here to help and can be reached Monday–Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (ET) at 877-840-6214.
You may cancel your Basic iHire account by following all of the same steps listed above for Premium membership cancellation. However, there is one additional task required once you click on your name to open up the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the page:
Just like with our Premium membership, you have two additional options to cancel your Basic account: sending a message via the Contact page or calling our Customer Success team directly at 877-840-6214. Keep in mind that when you cancel your Basic membership with iHire you will no longer be able to sign in to the site and you will also no longer receive any emails from iHire.
