We recently spoke with Brian Robinson, Director of Talent Acquisition & Associate Engagement at LCB, for a glimpse into LCB’s hiring initiatives and company culture.

Brian Robinson: LCB is senior living done differently – we’re more in line with a fine resort. We offer all the amenities and services of a five-star hotel and are focused on helping seniors live their best lives. BR: We would like to create more job opportunities for folks outside of the senior living industry and let them know that their current skillsets in hospitality are perfect for LCB Senior Living.
