Overview:
Cosmopolitan Staffing Services is seeking a bilingual recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This role focuses on recruiting warehouse associates and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about helping others find meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, onboard, and recruit qualified candidates for various job openings
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates via phone and email
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed weekly outreach and placement targets
• Ensure timesheets are received in a timely manner with no errors 
• Interact with the payroll departament 

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or recruiting (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
