Kitchen Manager

At The Enginehouse, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and delicious food to our customers. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
• Manage food preparation and cooking
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met
• Handle ordering and purchasing of kitchen supplies
• Manage staffing, including interviewing and hiring

Required Skills:

• Experience in scratch cooking
• Knowledge of back of house and front of house operations
• Strong understanding of restaurant management
• Ability to handle food preparation and food handling
• Experience in cost management and Knowledge of retail math
• Experience in Labor Cost and management
• ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations
