We’re hiring a Remote Insurance Sales Support & Onboarding Specialist.to help new clients complete their first steps—and to help our sales team close more, faster. This is a remote position
You’ll take over right after the client says “yes”: documentation, payments, verifications, follow-ups. You’ll also surface referrals and spot financial leads that create more value for the client—and more revenue for the team.
What You’ll Handle (Daily):
- Support the sales team by researching underwriting questions, policy details, and system issues
- Guide new customers through onboarding (checklist, documents, payments, etc.)
- Get signed apps and trailing docs across the finish line
- Confirm coverage details and prior policy cancellations
- Enroll customers in paperless tools
- Track and manage tasks in CRM
- Submit and monitor underwriting requests
- Process policy changes during the first policy period
- Identify referral opportunities and financial leads
What Success Looks Like (After 90 Days):
- You complete 80+ new onboardings/month
- You maintain a 95% completion rate for apps/docs
- You generate 15 quoted referrals/month
- You deliver 10 financial appointments/month
- You earn $60K+ annually
Requirements:
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license
- 1+ year insurance experience (onboarding, customer service or sales support)
- Located in the U.S. (Remote role)
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable Wi-Fi
- Able to manage multiple requests, documents, and follow-ups daily
- Organized. No dropped balls. No “I’ll get to it later.”
