Our Dental Practice in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. This position requires the management of 2 offices both open part time, which combine to a full time position. As the Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch care to our patients. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Handle insurance billing and claims processing
• Coordinate treatment planning and financial arrangements
• Oversee front office operations and file management
• Provide exceptional patient care and support

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in patient managment software
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology 
• Experience with credit card processing and insurance billing
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle patient scheduling and insurance verification
• Experience with accounts receivable and collections
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Strong communication skills for inbound/outbound calling
• Previous experience with billing and claims processing

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 to $55,000, based on experience. In addition, we provide health insurance, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off to our employees.
