2. Position Overview
As a Cocktail Server at The Hermitage Hotel, you deliver refined beverage hospitality within Nashville’s grand Beaux-Arts landmark—where architectural opulence, storied history, and culinary artistry converge. From your station at Drusie & Darr or The Pink Hermit, each drink becomes a gesture of Southern charm infused with Jean-Georges inspired elegance. Here, gracious service isn’t just expected—it’s part of our cultural heritage.
3. Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with poise and offer bespoke drink recommendations that elevate their experience.
Maintain deep knowledge of cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholics, crafting informed suggestions with tailored nuance.
Process orders accurately via POS systems and ensure swift, flawless delivery.
Coordinate seamlessly with bartenders, servers, and chefs to sustain polished, uninterrupted service.
Uphold cleanliness and presentation—spotless glassware, pristine garnishes, and refined service areas.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any needs or concerns with professionalism.
Adhere to responsible beverage service standards and food safety protocols consistently.
Support and embody brand-level initiatives with discretion, flexibility, and unwavering commitment to service excellence.
