Sarentec LLC is looking for  a dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our crew in Willis, TX. As a Shop Supervisor, you'll be in charge of keeping an eye on the day-to-day operations of our shop, making sure projects are done efficiently and up to top-notch standards. What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and supervising shop employees to keep things running smoothly
• Working with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Managing the fabrication and maintenance of commercial and munincipal water equipment
• Handling preventive maintenance and general repairs as needed
• Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations

Skills You Need:

• Experience in Construction Management
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Knowledge of plumbing and carpentry
• QA/QC
• Commuication
• Leadership
