At RiteScreen, we’re searching for a driven, organized, and hands-on Material Coordinator to support our fast-paced production environment. If you have a passion for logistics, inventory accuracy, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Flow of Materials

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials with accuracy and efficiency

  • Monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and ensure timely deliveries

  • Maintain detailed records in the ERP system and contribute to cycle counting efforts

Coordinate and Communicate

  • Track inbound and outbound shipments

  • Partner with purchasing and production teams to ensure materials are available when needed

  • Support vendor performance reporting and inventory analysis

Keep It Clean and Safe

  • Maintain a clean, organized storage space aligned with 5S standards

  • Follow all safety and quality protocols

  • Use material handling equipment to move materials as needed (forklift certification is a plus!)


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or materials handling

  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (or willingness to learn)

  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred

  • Great communication, organization, and time management skills

  • A safety-first, team-oriented mindset
