Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store associates to provide aggressive customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Ensure store operations run smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager
• Merchandise the retail sales floor to company standards
• Oversee receiving, storing, and merchandising of merchandise
• Monitor delivery procedures and ensure timely processing of customer orders
• Assist in achieving store budgeted goals through effective leadership

Required Skills:

• Experience in store operations, merchandising, and retail management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and associates
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of planograms and inventory control
  • Experience with cash management and cashier skills
  • Understanding of loss prevention and wellness initiatives
  • Technical skills in HTML and scanning systems
  • Previous experience in staffing and closing procedures
