Daily Responsibilities:

• Exemplify and communicate Town & Country Hardware's mission and values to all associates
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all associates deliver the same
• Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment
• Train new associates in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking, merchandising, and creating displays
• Coordinate merchandise orders to meet sales trends and customer demands
• Complete inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines
• Identify and address safety hazards in the store

Required Skills:

• Experience in store operations and retail management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
