As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving total store operations. Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead store associates in exemplifying and upholding Buck's Bargain Center's mission and values
• Ensure aggressive customer service is a top priority in all store operations
• Assist in achieving store budgeted goals through effective leadership and actions
• Merchandise the retail sales floor to company standards
• Manage bank deposits, cash handling, and cash management
• Oversee restocking, inventory control, and scanning procedures
• Implement planograms and ensure proper stocking of merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer support and cashier skills
• Enforce loss prevention measures and ensure store security
• Assist with staffing, training, and development of associates
