An industry-leading manufacturing company located in the Midwest is seeking an experienced Integrations Support Manager to lead a team in ensuring efficient electronic data interchange operations within a logistics environment. This role is critical to streamlining communication and improving data accuracy with trading partners.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of EDI support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end EDI function, including mapping, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for a diverse range of trading partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, IT) and external partners (e.g., carriers, suppliers, customers) regarding EDI-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Proactively monitor EDI transactions, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze existing EDI processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive EDI documentation, including data maps, process flows, partner specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI, with a strong focus on integrations and support within the logistics or supply chain industry.
