Position Overview:

The Maintenance Mechanic will perform and coordinate maintenance across our fleet of trucks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support:

• Preventative maintenance across equipment including small engine repair and maintenance and fleet maintenance for light duty trucks and trailers

Operations:

• Track equipment hours and preventative maintenance needs
• Track, schedule, and coordinate heavy duty fleet repairs and maintenance
• Effectively record and communicate maintenance schedules to relevant team members and Senior Operations Manager

Position reports to the Senior Operations Manager, located in South Austin (78704)

Required Qualifications:

• Lead mechanic experience (4-8 years preferred)
• Driven, honest, highly motivated with an aptitude to learn and grow
• Must be open to new ideas and opportunities and willing to put the team first
• Computer proficiency required with general knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Available afternoons and evenings (only) Monday through Thursday and business hours Fridays
