Holsters and capes are not required! This fantastic opportunity is open to an individual leader or dynamic duo and boasts an impressive six-figure salary plus production, significant relocation assistance, and a fantastic equity bonus package valued at $400k for each Veterinarian. Not looking to diversity your portfolio at this time? They offer the option of $200k cash bonus package per person as well! With a legacy DVM transitioning to retirement, youll have the chance to start a new leadership phase in a high functioning, well established practice. This is a thriving, high-functioning two-building facility with a well-established presence in the community. The hospital treats approximately 90% small animals and 10% horses and cattle. While mixed animal experience is not required, there is an opportunity to expand the large animal caseload for interested practitioners.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend hours required. The Lead Veterinarian will work four full days per week, with flexibility to discuss the preferred day off. This is a full-time position.

Duties include overseeing the financial performance and general operations of the hospital, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, advancing the standard of medical care, and driving growth and financial success. This role is open to experienced veterinarians only.
