General maintenance and repair of a small hotel - 95 rooms.  Must have a current and clean drivers license to operate Company Vehicles.  Must have a basic knowledge of A/C, Plumbing, Painting and Patching, Electrical and other small repairs.  Looking for a team player to work hand in hand with Housekeeping and the Front Office Staff.  Full time including weekends.
